On Friday, during a full day of presentations, we were blessed with the presence of Juraj Zamborský, who was kind enough to come to our school and talk to us. Mr. Zamborský works at Kontentino, a small Slovak start-up that specialises in brand social media marketing.
Mr. Zamborský together with his colleague Ivan Zaťko also founded a company called “The Žurnál”. This is a planner specifically intended to better yourself and grow as a person. And that precisely was the heart of his presentation – personal development.
He focused one hour on talking about different methods on how to be more productive and manage your time. He shared countless resources with us, whether that be books, websites, or different techniques to try. The second lesson was dedicated to a more practical approach, during which we analysed our strengths, what we enjoy, and what makes us forget about time. These were very helpful exercises to help us figure out what it is we want to do in the future, and how to become our best selves.
